Bribery,the Official Business of Indian Government

On 22.7.2008, in the Parliament of India, bundles of Indian Rupees were shown as bribe money, for abstaining frm voting. If the people of India were not corrupt, they would have taken it very seriously and started immediate investigations. But , their representatives, as true representatives, didnot shudder even to think about it further.
